IP Ceiling Speaker
Discreet Design for Indoor IP Solutions
Based on open standards, the IP-A1PC238 IP Ceiling Speaker plug right into standard IP networks and can be easily integrated into your video management system (VMS) or SIP-based communication system. A single standard network cable provides both power and connectivity with your network. The IP-A1PC238 IP Ceiling Speaker comes with a built-in 8 W power amplifier and spring clamps for easy and quick installation. Its light weight and universal applicable diameter enable a variety of indoor applications.
Easy to customize over API (Application Programming Interface): Adapt the individual volume to the environmental noise level and optimize it to time of day, distance, and degree of emergency.
Flexible Group Paging: The IP-A1PC238 IP Ceiling Speaker can be addressed via multicast enabling audio paging into groups of IP devices simultaneously.
Audio calls and paging into indoor areas like offices, conference areas, doctor's offices, educational facilities, hotels or malls.

IP ceiling speaker 8 W
The IP ceiling speaker shall be integrable into SIP environments via the open SIP protocol (according to RFC3261) and into VMS using the ONVIF® Profile S audio backchannel. Furthermore, the speaker shall be addressable via multicast, providing 20 slots for listening addresses, and via HTTP commands using its remote API (Application Programming Interface).
The IP speaker shall provide an internal storage for up to 20 audio files accepting the WAV and MP3 format. Up to 20 patterns shall be programmable for audio file activation including adjustable repeat intervals, play count setting, duration setting and timer functionality.
All device settings shall be executable through a browser interface and in addition, a free-of-charge setting software for adjusting the network setting of a group of IP speakers simultaneously shall be available.
The IP speaker shall receive its power supply over the network connection using PoE.
2 control inputs for activation of playback patterns, speaker mute or initiation of SIP calls (up to 2 destinations) shall be accessible via a removable terminal plug. 1 control output for triggering local devices shall also be included.
3 spring clamps and a safety wire attachment hole shall support an easy and safe installation.
