Product Management Specialist - Audio Products (Voice Alarm) EMEA (m/f/d) - Hamburg, Germany

Your new responsibilities:

• Setting guidelines for the development of new products, as well as the further development and adaptation of existing products, in collaboration with our development departments
• Conducting market and trend analyses to identify customer needs and implement solutions
• Working closely and maintaining regular communication with international product managers within the EMEA region to define products and specifications
• Conducting internal product tests in accordance with specifications and operating manuals
• Coordinating external product tests and certifications (CE, EN54)
• Supporting marketing and sales through product training and presentations

Your knowledge and experience:

• A degree in engineering, preferably in audio engineering or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification, e.g., technician
• Solid technical understanding—ideally complemented by experience in the audio industry
• Very good English skills as well as strong communication skills for collaboration in international teams
• Creativity and a passion for innovation in developing new product ideas and features
• A structured and self-reliant work style – solution-oriented, committed, and with a team spirit
• Strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and persuasiveness
