How to apply properly.

It’s simple: intrigue us!

With a convincing cover letter, a detailed CV, references and everything that makes a good application.
 

The cover letter

Your cover letter should, if possible, answer the following questions:

  • What position would you like to apply for? Which qualifications or skills can you bring to the position?

  • Have you already gained relevant experience? If so, what was it?

  • Why do you want to work for TOA?
     

The CV

Your CV should be chronological and free of gaps and contain keywords next to each job title which explain what you alone were responsible for. We’d like to see a photo of you, but of course this isn’t a must.
 

Sending the application

You can apply via email. This shouldn’t be more than 10 MB. Please find the addressee in the relevant vacancy advertisement.

The path of your application

So you know how it will be processed.

Once we’ve received your application, you will receive immediate confirmation from us.

Our HR department will evaluate your application personally and individually. We need some time to check your documents. However we won’t hesitate to contact you as soon as we have news regarding your application.

If you are considered for a vacancy, your application will be passed on to the relevant department.

If they then approve your application, you will be invited to an interview either via telephone or in person, depending on the vacancy.
